Yamaguchi Motors 合同会社 strives to provide our customers with a satisfactory experience when purchasing a vehicle from us. We also understand that there may be circumstances where a customer wants to cancel their order or request a refund. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have outlined our refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation: Customers have the right to cancel their order before the vehicle is delivered or picked up. If the customer cancels the order after delivery, the vehicle must be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms. Orders can only be canceled if the vehicle has not been delivered or picked up by the customer.

2. Refund Process: Refunds are only issued after the review of the vehicle and documentation. The customer must notify us within four (4) days of the delivery or pickup. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was upon delivery. Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery or pickup. Any damage or discrepancy in the vehicle may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

4. Refund Timeline: Once the refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The time for the refund to be credited back to the customer depends on the payment method and financial institution.
